Metaphors make sense

It's raining, yes pouring, the eagle is soaring, shaking feathers to fly through the change.
Take this metaphor, do what you will, as long as your will is to extend life, full range.

Exceed expectations, by exceeding your expectations.

Never settle, always expect 110%.

If the expectations were met, it was a result of not settling with mediocrity.

Leaders know, focusing on effort = executing tasks

Questions help get to the root of all things. Leaders, must question efforts alongside goals, as this will drive the focus to execute.

Leaders must be a step ahead, to lead and inspire!

Organization and planning take shape by forecasting outcomes.

Forecasting outcomes help us behave, and our behavior will help us plan and organize the cycles that will be encountered, allowing more freedom and time, to do what leaders do best, lead and inspire those who support them.

Leaders, always a step ahead!

Evolution of a Leader

While in pursuit of greatness, leaders evolve during constant self-reflection.

Self diagnosing in efforts to learn from mistakes, is essential, it allows growth by wisdom, and assures the leader, an up to date style in their approach. The leader evolves with each exchange, leading those in constant motion, who are also evolving.

Early risers obtain more prizes!

There is a price to pay, not living life to the fullest daily. Early risers may mean, rise anytime to fit the time zone. The key is to gain awake time, just an opinion. Each individual has choices on how much awake time they need to contribute to life in order to feel fulfilled, while, anothers belief, should not counter the outcomes, sleeping in, or contributing longer hours to living life to the fullest, the meaning and concept is an open forum.

Early risers obtain more prizes during the job hunt.

Early risers seeking employment, applying earlier than others, are first to be seen, and first in line all the time, earn choices. The opinion of the progressive job seeker, is, "I've accepted the job I've chosen, and quite happy where I've landed.", versus, what the loafers, with leftovers say, "had to accept this one, as its the only one left to choose."

Early risers=choice careers!

Giving people advice is worthy, giving a people a hard time is worthless.

Have you noticed, when advising others, it pays at the end of the day. However, when people are given a hard time over an issue, whether it is the server at a favorite restaurant, or the service professional working on the car, etceterra, it really doesn't help anyone, especially the next individual, who will be serviced by the same professional who was just handed a mouthful.

Difficult situations may turn out to be rewarding experiences, if we choose to allow it. So, if advice is given to correct an issue, everyone wins..... and if we all live by this same rule, it may impact all of us, at a more global level.

Building our people to be better all the time, not a new idea, just common sense.
